About GPU Compare
What is this?
Comparing GPUs takes work. Cloud providers list prices but assume you already know what an A100 has. Retailer sites let you sort by price or memory, but not by CUDA cores per kroner. And comparing buying vs renting usually means opening a spreadsheet.
So we made this. It's a table with GPU specs and prices from Proshop, Vast.ai, GCP, and Modal - plus calculated metrics like CUDA cores per DKK and per watt.
Data Sources
| Source | Type | Currency | Use Case |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proshop.dk | Buy | DKK | Consumer GPUs in Denmark |
| Vast.ai | Rent | $/hr | Peer-to-peer GPU cloud |
| Google Cloud | Rent | $/hr | Enterprise cloud |
| Modal | Rent | $/hr | Serverless GPU cloud |
GPU specifications are sourced from official NVIDIA documentation. Prices are updated regularly but may not reflect real-time availability.
Benchmark Calculator
If you know how fast a specific GPU runs your workload, enter it as a reference and see rough estimates for other GPUs. It uses a weighted mix of tensor cores, memory bandwidth, and VRAM. Not precise, but useful for ballpark comparisons.
